Noel A. Palma

Noel A. Palma serves as Managing Director at US Hotel Advisors where he is responsible for new business development, as well as originating and sourcing non-recourse permanent, bridge, and construction hotel loans throughout the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Palma provides analytical support as it relates to financial modeling, debt structuring, lodging market studies, and property due diligence review.

Mr. Palma has over 25 years experience in various facets of the hospitality industry, starting at a young age working in various operational positions. Noel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and went on to work for one of the world’s foremost authorities on hospitality real estate, HVS International, in San Francisco. Noel also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Vail Resorts Development Company and Vice President for HVS Capital Corp.
