Austin Brasch is a hospitality investment advisor with US Hotel Advisors, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of full-service, select-service, boutique, and mixed-use lodging assets throughout the country. Austin brings more than a decade of real estate experience, beginning his career as a top-producing residential broker in Los Angeles before transitioning into hospitality advisory.
A Los Angeles native with a degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, Austin combines analytical rigor with a relationship-driven advisory style. Prior to USHA, he managed national sales for a global consumer electronics brand, strengthening his forecasting and negotiation skills.
Outside the office, Austin enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle—including hiking, camping, and exploring new places—with his wife, two sons, and their dog.
