Mr. Ensinger is a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with more than two decades of experience across lending, capital markets, and structured finance. He currently serves as Capital Markets Lead at US Hotel Advisors, where he focuses on originating, structuring, and executing financing solutions for hospitality Sponsors, while cultivating relationships with institutional capital partners.
Prior to joining US Hotel Advisors, Mr. Ensinger was with ArrowMark Partners, where he sourced, underwrote, and closed approximately $1 billion in commercial real estate loans across multiple capital providers, managing transactions from initial review through execution and realization. Aaron began his career at Bear Stearns as a Rating Agency Relationship Manager and Large Loan Underwriter. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ensinger has participated in the analysis and closing of more than $10 billion in real estate debt transactions (including more than $4 billion in hospitality loans).
