Matt Fruin

Mr. Fruin is a hospitality investment specialist bringing over five years of institutional commercial real estate experience sourcing transactions and directing diligence processes ranging from $10 million to $300 million. He serves as an Associate at US Hotel Advisors, where he focuses on structuring financing solutions, leading transaction diligence, and performing complex financial modeling while leveraging institutional relationships to deliver client-focused services.

Prior to joining US Hotel Advisors, Matt was an Investment Associate at Highside Companies, leading underwriting and diligence for over $2 billion in ground-up developments while managing a portfolio of 15+ extended-stay hotels. Previously, he worked on Rockbridge’s Investment Team, focusing on select- and full-service hotel acquisitions and dispositions. Throughout his career, Matt has executed 26 transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, debt placement, and development, totaling over $1.1 billion in volume.
