Mr. Palma also worked at HVS Capital Corp where he started as a Senior Financial Analyst, conducting all of the company’s offering memorandums and financial modeling efforts, including broker opinions of value, operating projections, loan sizings, debt structuring, and equity “waterfalls.” He was later promoted to Vice President and was responsible for business development, the origination and placement of debt, financial structuring and transactional advisory. Mr. Palma’s unique blend of experience in hotel operations, market analysis, valuation, and finance allow him to effectively address the full spectrum of issues that may arise in a hospitality real estate transaction.
